It is really important to our Organization to be able to use the same Authorization Code when we are answering Win-911 alarm calls. Multiple people answer the same phone lines and it will create a lot of confusion if they need to remember what code to use at each phone line. Not mention that we use after hours service to answer the call and dispatched personnel for emergency repairs. Please help us with this. I think it should be an end user decision if they assigned different authorization code or not to the win-911 contacts. Thanks, Marcos
I believe an access authorization code will be more necessary when you initiate a call to win-911 system to get an alarm report than answering a phone call to hear and acknowledge an alarm.
