Filter Schedules in Contacts Utility so unused (built-in) schedules do not show

Operators select from a drop down list of schedules and often select an incorrect schedule from the list. This results in them not getting alarms a the correct times. Please add a filter to the schedules drop-down list in the Contacts Utility same as it is in the Win911 Dashboard for Notification>Schedules.
