WIN-911 Feature Requests

With many hands-free laws coming through, the ability to use voice to enter the access code and ack code to allow alarm interaction without touching the phone would be a great feature.

I would like to have win-911 application developed that will automatically sync configurations between a HOT Backup Pair. so that if you make a change on the primary server it automatically updates the configuration on the backup server.

We would like for WIN-911 to have the ability to send SMS notifications via the Internet without purchasing an SMS modem.

I want to see the result set from the InTouch subscription to see what tags it finds. This will also help the person see that communications to the running application are good.

I would like to have an alarm announcer which verbalizes alarms that come into WIN-911 over the local speakers of the computer.

It would make sense if there was a button in the schedule module that allowed you to view multiple, or all, defined schedules in a holistic view. Additionally it would help if you could also see the utilizers (contacts) on the Outlook-style calend...

With Wonderware you have the ability to set alarm priorities from 1-1000. Some alarm points are more informational than critical and not needed to be alarmed except during working hours. Would like multiple schedules for the Mobile-911 Connections.

I would like a heartbeat for the InTouch Edge HMI data source so I can determine when WIN-911 has stop communicating from my HMI screens.

I would like to see a daily report of WIN-911 activity. E.g. # of alarms yesterday / last week / last month. Who received the most notifications. Avg time to ack.
